Physical health is such an important factor in your life because it directly impacts your mental health as well as the ability to enjoy life. Being painfree we take for granted unless we get sick.
Being healthy means having energy, being content, let’s you conquer the world and overcome every obstacle in your way.
I’m healthy and deeply grateful for that. I recovered as best as possible from a car accident 11 years ago, only got movement restraints in some joints here and there. The only recent problems were in my lower back as I dislocated a joint in that area twice in the last 2 years. Truly painful stuff, you can’t move your body whatsoever otherwise you’re having some horrible pain.
But currently I’m doing great, having a solid gym routine and want to keep pushing my limits.
Therefore my next steps are trying an app to track my workouts (‘Strong’) properly to avoid a plateau, keeping my nutrition under control — maybe using more often my nutrition tracking app (‘Lifesum’) — and getting some vitamins from the summer sun. Plus always drink enough water, best thing you can do to your body.
